No Call Back

I contacted this roofer twice for an estimate on a gutter repair, and I never received a call back. A friend informed me that she too once called Guiliano, and that I wasn't going to receive a return call because she didn't. Her conclusion is that the owner isn't interested in repairs - only major jobs.

If this is true, I can understand that, but he needs to let his callers know this He can't expect recommendations for major work, if he completely ignores those who call for estimates on repairs.
