F***ing thief!

Just wanted to inform you about what a lowlife Bryan Waddell is. Back in about 2002 I took a Yeasu FT101E and a 902DM with several accessories to his shop in Monroe, WI. He advertised that he bought and sold used equipment. I asked for an estimate of what he would give me for the equipment. Several months of voicemails and shop visits ensued with nothing happening. One day I entered his shop and saw my FT101E with my D104 mic and the external speaker set up in the lobby. I asked WTH was going on since he had never answered any of my inquiries. I said "How much are you going to pay me for that setup?" His answer was " I had to realign the radio and remove the 11 meter modification. You owe me $213.00." I was furious. Having lost my job and not being able to afford a lawyer at the time, it took me a week to return to the shop. He had since closed up shop and disappeared. I only just recently found where he's been hiding. This man is a complete POS! Everyone would be wise to avoid him like the plague! I asked for my equipment back numerous times.
