Handcrafted beers are the best way to go here, why settle for something you can get anywhere when you can have something deliciously made by the establishment. Any dessert is worth a try on your tastebuds, I've even had some packaged to go when I didn't have room to fit it in after dinner. The Cheddar & Ale soup is a great starter, or you can just enjoy the hot bread and scallion butter. We have enjoyed every dish we have ordered so far from their burgers, Brewery steak sandwich and fish & chips. The twist is just an upscale presentaion on some of the dishes and the overall style & taste of the preperation. I have had good to great service from all the wait staff except for one which was very poor and the second try with that person was fair. Overall, every part of the menu is great, service could use a bit more (depending on the person).
