I have been going to Ann's for 4 years. Last month I took a new suit in to have tailored. To make very long story short, The tailoring didn¿t go well, and the jacket is now un wearable. All I have asked for is a refund for the cost of the alterations (not to replace the suit). They have denied giving me a refund.
