My mother and I chose Ann's while in Franklin to visit my my father who is staying at one of the area nursing homes. I had a 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings, while my mother had the chefs salad. The food was awesome and the service great. When we ordered desert they had run out...

Old is new again

Ann's is the oldest restaurant in Franklin, but it's just been completely remodeled. The decor is 50's diner style, but everything is upgraded, bright and new. I love that I can have breakfast for lunch, but I've recently fallen in love with the salads. Our grandson had the kid's quesedilla with homemade chips the last time we were there and...

Had breakfast sandwich and potatoes. Food was great and service perfect. Been going to Ann's for years. Consistently a top choice. Will keep coming back.

Fried biscuits and amazing pancakes

I've been to Ann's five times since moving to Franklin in mid 2014. The service is always great and now with the remodel they can accommodate more people. The pancakes are the best I've had and the fried biscuits are a hit with the entire family

I've always loved having breakfast or lunch at Ann's and their new remodel is absolutely great! I only wish they would actually open for dinner too!
