This office is absolutely incompetent. I have been a patient just over a year and I booked my yearly appointment two weeks ago for mid-January. I knew I'd need blood work done so I mentioned that to the front desk. She asked where I would go, and I told her. Great. Fast forward to getting the blood test, and they had no order for my blood test in their system because the office never sent it....
