Ann Miranda Properties managed my rental property in Moon Twp, PA for 11 months. During this time the tenant (which she located) failed to pay rent for 6 months (a total lost of nearly $8,000 for me). Not to mention, I had to contently demand Ann Miranda Properties go to court to have the tenant evicted. Finally, the tenant vacated the property only to have caused various damaged which required replacement.
