Dr. Koonsen, cannot thank you enough for taking care of our baby with the bee sting today. Dr. Griffin of Western Hills told us to leave his clinic because we ask him to treat her while we gave the front desk person our information. Dr. Gudgel does not practice like that I guess but Dr. Griffin does. Thank God there are vets like you that still care. Thanks so much, our babies are our world....

I've been using Animal Medical Care for about 5 years now, and have never had a problem with the Doctors or the staff. I particularly like Dr. Koonsen - he treats your animals like members of your family but always keeps things in perspective (they are animals, not people) when discussing treatment options. His down-to-earth and common sense approach made things much easier when I was faced...
