I used this place 3 or 4 times for grooming. First time younger lady cut my dogs hair and she did good job but the other times the owner lady did it I think. The last 2 times she didn't cut my dogs inner ear hair or hair of bottom of feet. I thought it was because of my dog but NO! My dog didn't have any problem at another place. About grooming...it's ok because you get what you pay for. This is the cheapest place in the area.
I almost made a huge mistake to board my baby at this place but thanks for the owner lady I didn't. THE OWNER LADY DIDN'T SHOW UP WITHOUT CALLING ME THE TIME WHEN...
