The staff was nice enough and seemed to care, however this business preys to those in emergency situations with outrageous costs for service. I can almost guarantee you'll be ripped off if you have to go here. It took me over an hour to negotiate a price for service. I caught my vet beginning her spiel of the cost game before she stopped herself and said, oh let's take a look at her (my cat)...

Took my cat here for an emergency check up. Very friendly staff and very caring. They are quite expensive but I'm assuming that is due to them being primarily emergency. The only reason they aren't getting a 5/5 is do to price. But maybe I'm just cheap!

The staff here will do everything they can to save your pets life.They will also hold a personal check for 3 bussiness days if you havent got the money for animal care immediatly.
