My wife and I went there on a Sunday. It was busy, but well run. Staff was smiling and cordial. You have to try it. It will make your day brighter!

Overall it is a good, conveniently located place to eat with nice lunch options, very good falafel, soups, salads and sandwiches.
Coffee is pretty good as well.
I think that they need to work on their desert options and consider a different vendor.
