I'd like to say that they refunded my money while acknowledging they made a mistake on my hair, but they didn't. In fact, after giving me a keratin treatment that was supposed to straighten my hair (it didn't, I was given a relaxing treatment instead) as well as highlighting and coloring my hair (and leaving a horizontal white stripe), and leaving a blob of red in my bangs, they had me come in...

If you choose to go to this salon, under no circumstances should you book the "stylist" ASHLEY. I started to get worried when I'd heard she'd only been doing this a couple of months - which was quite obvious given that she gave me my first painful highlights ever. She doesn't pay attention so she literally pulls your hair each time she puts a strand in foil. But the worst came when she dried...

You can trust Sandy with your hair color. Until you ask for a change, your hair color will be done perfectly, and consistently. No awful surprises in this salon. Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, good shampooing, beverages always offered. Never noisy, always on time. You will not want to go anywhere else.

Always a pleasure coming here! It's so nice to be welcomed by name, asked if I would like something to drink, Mary gives a great shampoo and I am never disappointed with Angela's cuts! I would recommend Angelora's to anyone!
