I am very happy with this company. On time, fair, quoted me pricing up front. They told me they had a $19.99 service call to come out and then when I had the repair done they took off the service call. Technician was very professional and explained everything in detail. When I am ready to have my door replaced I know who I am calling.

Also go by National Overhead Doors and Gwinnett Cobb Garage Door Co. Once you call, you're locked in. Their name reminds you of a certain much larger company of which they are not a part. They're not all bad, so to give both sides: The positive is, they showed up on time (early, even) with only 1 day's notice, and they seem to have done a fine job of fixing/replacing my opener. I recently had a different company out to adjust my garage door; the door was extremely heavy and with new springs (<1yr), I assumed they just needed to be adjusted. When the tech arrived he explained that he couldn't properly adjust the springs to balance the door because they were not the proper springs (too small). He then suggested I contact the original company that installed them and work...
