I was once an employee of Angel Memorial Granites, so when I read the report above I was sickened and astonished. First of all the owner's name is Reynaldo, and i would think that if the person above ACTUALLY dealt with him and spoke to him several times, they would have remembered the name of the man, who supposedly ripped them off. When our loved one passed we shopped around for a headstone to save money. We ended up finding Angel Memorials because it was across the street from the cemetery. We dealed with the owner named Ranaldo, seemed OK until we placed the order and saw the finished headstone. The stone itself was very poor with a hair line crack down the side. I complained to him saying I don't want the stone to end...
