Lousy service. We waited over two hours to speak with the store owner only to have him degrade us (he suggested my college route may be a factor in my poverty and that by offering sliding scale fees, he'd be "profiling.") Seems like the store owner ought to consider taking a few college credits! The company is arrogant and lack adequate customer service and compassion. Surely the only reason...
