Andy On Call did not reply to my request for about a week, but they were most apologetic. Once we connected, they were very accommodating. A workman called and arranged to come that same day to fit into my busy schedule. The workman was efficient, cordial, very helpful, and cleaned up behind himself. I could not have asked for more. We were delighted with the work done. He said about an hour...
