Dr. Nissenbaum is the best neurologist I have had the pleasure of having as a doctor. After my strokes I developed epilepsy and he was able to diagnose and treat me. The worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my life. I can't believe they let her touch newborn babies. She is gruff and obnoxious. Where is her sympathy for new mothers?!
