Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Didn't like the place when Beards had it, and I can see nothing's changed. Was prepared to give it a try and purchase a new backpack power today I can understand the one sales person being busy with another customer but when four other people at the parts counter can't at least conduct a conversation and begin the sales process is just poor customer...
