Anderson Ladd is unreliable, does not execute projects on time, and does very poor work. We hired Anderson Ladd to fix 20 sq ft of water damaged wood flooring. The project was delayed by a month because they ordered the wrong material. When the team finally worked on the project, they replaced boards that were not damaged with wood that did not match our existing floors. They left the boards...
