Had the owner wait on me today. What a jerk. I spent over $3,000.00 on a pellet stove and all I needed was a new vent cap, they ordered the wrong one. He acted like it was my fault. I took in the old one so we would get the same thing when it was ordered. Big screw up. We are getting ready to build a new house. It too will have a pellet stove but not Anderson.

Over the past few years I have had my fireplace serviced by Anderson Fireplace. I called around for other service departments and they seem to have the best prices in town, and there tech seems to know what he is doing. My Fireplace is getting old and I do plan on buying a new fireplace for Anderson Fireplace as soon as I am in need of a new Fireplace.

cant get the service department to return any calls 3 days in a row to me that is terrible customer servive even if they cant come out right away they could at the very least return a phone call
