Thanks so much for coming out to the hospital to address Mom's hearing aids. You really went above and beyond by making the trip back to your office so the aids could be adjusted for her hearing. It makes such a difference! Many thanks to your staff for their understanding and assistance in resolving all of our concerns. I know the medical personnel are grateful because Mom can hear when they talk to her. Thanks again for your kindness.
Beware that Anderson Audiology is not honoring bundled follow-up care for patients that purchased hearing aids from Hearing & Balance Center. They did not notify patients of the policy change when making appointments or before billing them. It was made clear to me that they are not "Hearing & Balance Center" anymore and do not feel any obligation to Dr. Holmes patients. Dr. Anderson also refused to discuss purchasing new aids one at a time to maximize my insurance benefits and only wanted to sell me 2 aids. Paying for over half of the cost out-of-pocket was just not possible. I felt like it was all about the money instead of what I (the patient) needed. I am very sad that Dr. Holmes sold this practice!
