Great locally owned company with friendly customer service. The service representative was able to get a technician immediately to our home which was excellent as most places you have to wait, sometimes days. Brian, the tech, was at our home the same day. He diagnosed the problem and explained the issue and was able to fix the problem immediately. Price was great too! I would highly recommend...

Had a tech come out and he found a leak in the evaporator coil, said the part was under warranty and it would cost us $250 to replace. Long story short, the owner of the company called, Dale Andersen, and said we were misquoted and it would be $1600.
