Went there about 3 months ago and started my half sleeve by katie, she said $500 she worked about 3 hours and didn't finish the half sleeve then 2 weeks ago she finishes it(does not include she did absolutely nothin on my inner arm) for another $100 and she completely ruins the tattoo even worse than it was already, not to include the a** ripping I got paying $600 for 4 hours (if it was that.....
