Tried multiple times to schedule an appointment. Told each time in a span of 3 weeks that the "intake coordinator" was out sick. Left 2 messages as well in hope that I can receive the care I need but instead I'm left hanging out to dry. I do not see the purpose of only having one person capable of scheduling an appointment. Seems redundant and bad for business honestly.

the child and family unit has changed my sons life for the better(and our whole family as well) I couldn't ask for a more amazing, genuine, and caring team of professionals!
