Living here for a year has been an absolute nightmare. Between the kids playing in the streets, everyone driving so fast, and not being able to find parking, I am so glad my lease is nearly up. The rent is too high for the area and the management team is not willing to negotiate. There are a lot of complexes in the area with better amenities, friendlier staff, and better parking accommodations....

I have lived here for many years. I love it here! It's clean & the manager (Robert Gorrin) and the staff are amazing. (very helpful) Repairs are done in a timely manner as well. I don't have any issues here except for parking. I would love an assigned spot on the blacktop. If you want to have a resort like (5 star living experience) move here.

Lived here for two years, one of the first tenants. Been a good run. The staff has always been pleasant and returned all phone calls. The one time a maintenance issue wasn't corrected within 24 hours they were very apologetic. 90% of the time, I don't have a problem finding a parking spot directly in front of my apt. We've rented the clubhouse twice for parties and it's been an easy fun...

I looked at so many places in the area to call home and I finally picked Anacapa. I have loved it. I've been here for about 4 months and I have never had better customer service from an apartment staff. The leasing staff is always so nice and helpful, they work so hard to meet all my needs. Thanks Anacapa!

I have lived in Anacapa for 2 years now and do not agree at all with the negative reviews. Connie is so friendly, they are all so caring and responsive to our needs. The location is great and the property is very well maintained!
