A "nice addition" to the Westfield dining scene, this "casual" French bistro via chef C.J. Reycraft (ex Chez Catherine) "lives up to expectations" with "high-quality" preparations made from "local ingredients"; even if the "decor doesn't match" the semi-upscale pricing, the BYO policy is a real "money-saver."
Small portions, food ok, but extremely poor service. Our so-called waiter poured water and never returned. However, he managed to get to every table around us. Either your staff is trained to be anti-semetic or you have a lemon you need to fire. I am not the only patron who has sensed this. With all of the other restaurants on your street, it's sad that your waitstaff will cost you business.
The food was good, with ample portion. However, the service was somewhat slow, and the waiter was not very personable. There was a mistake, overcharge, on the bill, and he did not even apologize for the mistake.
Let's start with the lack of air-conditioning, in 80 degree heat. Then we can talk about their shrimp burger that was smothered in hot sauce. The menu didn't indicate that none of the specials come with sides, nor did the server inform us of this. The food took almost an hour to get to us. I will not be coming back.
My husband and I really loved the meal options, the french toast was so good. You can tell they put a lot of effort into their menu and quality of food. One of my favorite restaurants in Westfield. Cute date night restaurant or come for lunch and walk around westfield after
Was here first time and had a great time. This is fine dining yet price is not so high.
Waitress was super friendly and attentive.
