I've used them for 6 years after they inspected the last home that I purchased. They bill us if we want. My wife hates roaches and appreciates their reminders to schedule an appointment. They get the job done, and they seem to keep the same techs a long time.

I have known Amrid and Tony Thayer for around 25-years. Since I do home inspections and engineering reports on foundations for home buyers, I have seen many pest control technicians at numerous homes. I have probably done around 5000 home inspections with Amrid. In addition, Amrid does work at my personal home. I know Tony Thayer, the owner, and many of his people. So I know whereof I speak.
