super expensive - not friendly! I just called to schedule a service on my front door lock and they wanted to charge me $110 just to come over and see, though this was not an emergency. In addition, the person I talked to on the phone was really not friendly nor accommodating. Their competition charges around $30 for the same service!

The locksmith was great. He came to our home, took a look at our lock problem, and said that is not a big issue and under 30 min had it all taken care of.
