I received a letter titled Forfeiture notification regarding funds. It said that this document was officially certified and verified internally for accuracy. The total amount I was to receive was $10,276,431.00. The prize date of notification was 10/23/07. It said all I needed to do was send them $10.00 by 11/13/07.

Do not send them any money! Any time you receive a solicitation such as this that you did not initiate, it means that they are just trying to get you bank account information or your credit card number. It has been my understanding that if you win and/or receive money you pay any applicable fees or taxes AFTER you have the money, NOT in order to get it.
