Amli Mark 24 is an OK building in the Ballard area, even though it is new it is not well maintained, as the halls always look and smell terrible and the stairs almost always seemed to be trashed. The paint on the walls will come off with a wet dish cloth and the cheap Ikea cabinets are bound to fall off one of these days. As for apartment rules, they change daily, so make sure you keep on that....
