DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You pay way more then you should. The walls and floors are paper thin. Maintenance just fixes the problem enough so they can leave but never fully fixes it so you end of putting multiple maintenance requests a month. They find reasons to come into your apartment all the time. They let people residents run around with their dogs not on a lease, my dog even got attacked once...

Great location - management getting laidback

We live in a 2bed/2bath apartment here. Great location with all amenities close by, a train station and walking trail nearby. However, lately some of the facilities has been taking a long time to be fixed. There are just 2 elevators for this 3-building complex and one of the main elevators has been breaking down quite regularly causing a lot of inconvenience for those having to take the stairs...

My apartment is beautiful inside – hardwood floors, big windows, a nice view of Lake Carolyn. It's very quiet and peaceful. I haven't had any maintenance problems or pest problems or anything like that. I haven't really seen any maintenance or cleanliness issues with the property, either.
