Really great building. The front desk team is great (Leslie is beyond amazing), the leasing team is fantastic (Belinda is so friendly and accommodating) and the maintenance team is top notch. Any issues are resolved quickly and the building is great at communicating any issues and resident events. Units are comfortable and are exceptional at blocking outside noise.

Ali 900 maintenance people are amazing.They are always there even Sundays to do the job. Every time when I place the service order it is taken care really fast.Not only that they clean up real good after that.Really thank ful to whole maintenance team.

Living at the AMLI 900 for the past year has been an unpleasant experience. I lived on the west side of the building, and extremely loud diesel Metra trains blast their bass engines and horns early every morning and late into the night. Nice enough building. Rooftop is really nice and so are the leasing staff who made the move in easy. But Front desk people (especially one woman) are literally incredibly rude (not the woman who works in the mornings usually, she's really nice as well as the people working late night).
