Help us make it rightI always love to stop here while traveling through Illinois. There are many great finds here and the restaurant is very good. The only downfall is the hours. They need to be open with better hours for travelers to enjoy.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon at about 1:30, they close at 3:00. The food we ate was good -especially green beans and fried chicken. Disappointed with average food and high prices. Fried chicken is good and hubby enjoyed noodles, but otherwise food is nothing special and prices are very high for what you get.
We should have paid attention to reviews. First off sign says food fixed entirely by Amish and Mennonites but restaurant is open on Sundays so does that mean you are eating at least day old food? Buffet for late lunch cost $30.00 plus tip. Did include drinks. Buffet had carved ham just cut in chunks and left out. Ham good...
