Took our Megatouch in to have it repaired. Sales assoc. took it to a repair store... we were supposed to receive a call prior to repairs made as asked to have done. Never received. Message to pick up machine received. Cost of bill much higher then quoted. Then said I would have to pick it up. Would not buy from again! Poor customer service.
