Jeremy was courteous and prompt - a joy to work with! Had dealt with 2 other locksmiths, but neither was as courteous, AND his prices were the lowest among the three. He arrived early & called to say he was outside & would wait until I was ready. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe. One of the new doorknobs was smaller than the original so the old paint showed around the knob....

I called AMI to replace a Lexus auto key and I am very pleased with the result. The technician met my wife at her office and was able to supply her with a Lexus blank and laser cut it on the spot. The cost was well less than half of what the Lexus dealer was going to charge and the key works great. I would have no issue in referring AMI to any of my friends or colleagues.

I had a key broken in a dead bolt lock. I was told a locksmith technician could respond within one hour, but he showed up 25 minutes beyond our scheduled time. I was able to stay, but it was a bit inconvenient for my boss. The technician responded positively to my security request to watch while the lock was rekeyed. The rekeying process took 5 minutes and I was charged $65 for that, which...
