What a great job the staff does not only promoting the city of Ames and it's businesses, but the entire area.

The goal of the Ames Convention & Visitors Bureau is to promote tourism to Ames. The staff here works to arrange group trips, tours and conferences, as well coordinating the efforts of convention halls and hotels. The team here says that its efforts promote the influx of millions of dollars worth of tourism into the local economy.
