I was hired by this company very briefly.  Immediately, I should have known I wasn't in a professional environment as, my interviewed was conducted in less than 5 minutes.  The interviewer, Dave Borsa, didn't bother to look at my resume and told me I was hired immediately.  No paperwork, no talk about compensation other than "everyone is paid the same $10 hourly until we decide you are out of...
