We ordered a bed from the Pineville store in April and after 40+ phone calls and 4 failed delivery attempts we still have a box springs and mattress on an "loaner frame" and a head and footboard leaning against the wall because there are no rails to put the bed together. We have tried to get this resolved but can't and Alan the Store Manager just told me it is not his problem they "just sell...
