The management had trouble finding our reservation, thus took an inordinate time to check in. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was nothing available for a diabetic--no peanut butter or cream cheese. Only 2 cereals, bread and mini-donuts, coffee and oj and not a lot of that!

Hotel was very run down!!!AC didn't work, the shower curtain rod was broken, there was mold on the wall in the bathroom, and the hotel smelled terrible. And don't count on the continental breakfast unless u want cereal or coffee. Will definitely not be back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. This is formerly a Microtel Inn but has become very run down. I booked my room on line via Expedia but the rate that was given at check in was different. I went ahead and checked in and informed that I would contact Expedia. After picking up my son from school the front desk lady wouldn't let us goto our room because I contacted Expedia. Nice overnight stop

I reserved a room before I read the comments from others. I was really expecting a "tiny" room because that's what so many people said. They also said it was dirty. We found our room plenty large and very clean. The supplies (towels, etc) were bare-boned. No kleenexes in holder. However, it was a handicap room and we really liked the hand-holds in the shower and elsewhere.

Bad service and cobwebs

We did NOT enjoy our stay. The man at the front desk was uninformed and a little rude. It took us 30 minutes to check in because he didn't know how he was going to get his money from hotels.com so he wanted me to give him my card number I said No! The room felt like a cave and there were cobwebs everywhere. Big hole in bathroom wall. Never again!
