Update I called in to the location and spoke with Caesar and he calmed me down and fixed everything I am now a satisfied customer Wtf I was so excited to get my colored contacts in the mail yesterday to put them on this morning and they do NOTHING. The people at America's best should know enough about the products to say these may not do what you want and need to have the testers in stock. And...

Horrible customer service & I will never do business here or with any of their other establishments as far as I'm concerned. This place has a bunch of incompetent people working for them at the Crestwood location as well as customer service (800 #). All you get is a lot of hold time and no accountability for their actions. If I had known then what I know now...I promise I would have never...
