The people who work there are very friendly but it doesn't make up for having to wait an hour for my appointment. I got there at 9:20 for my 9:30 (earliest available) appointment and didn't get in until 10:30. It appears that they booked two other people for the same time and they both were seen before me, despite the fact that I was there before one of them. Why make appointment times?

Greeted by three staff members as I walked in but waited over and hour to see someone for a follow up appointment. I don't understand why you have so many administrative staff members and only one person able to help customers with their other needs.

Doctors and staff aren't as friendly as other America's best stores. "Appointment times" are more like rough guidelines on how to wait an extra hour. The male doctor has no respect for a person's wishes, or their profession.
