Their customer service department is absolutely awful being that they never answer or pick-up the phone during both business and after hours!! Also, their voicemail systems are always malfunctioning, not working properly, broken, or dysfunctional!!

I hate this company. I've been with them for many years. Their customer service is extremely slow. I have lost a lot of money because of the failure in their system that they don't take responsibility for. It's been four days since the system failed, and I'm still struggling to get them to fix it. Clearly, you are a very patient person and I cannot imagine how we let you down so terribly, and how your unhappiness did not get escalated to management or even to me.

We signed up for their service in October 2007 and cancelled June 2008. In all that time, we could not get the company to do anything to setup our account, even though we send them scripts, phone menus and all other information they requested.
