American Express Inc.  had reviewed Webgistics Claim against American Surplus and after reviewing all of the emails and documents regarding the matter....found that American Surplus Inc. did indeed provide all the correct material that was requested and quoted to the customer.

American Surplus Wrongly accused !

ASI was contacted by Webgistics via the internet to get a price for used conveyor.  The initial contact from Webgistics was unfamiliar with conveyor but sent ASI a competitors bid stating this is what another vendor is recommending.  We would like to know what ASI has to offer and enclosed is a drawing that we feel will suit our needs  ASI viewed the drawing and quoted the customer promptly.  ...

Ordered some warehouse equipment. They intentionally sent us a different model than we ordered. This model required a significant amount of additional labor and parts to install. Unbelievable inventory ! Miles and miles under one roof. They even have a team of men who inspect every foot before it goes out the door. The money I saved was 40% off new pricing.
