Trusted her to place money in acct. Now trying to get back but, held bank records hostage for 6 months costing ME $2,300 to get back through attorney.Never gave back credit card statement been 14 months.Refused to give acct # at all! Refused to get a secondary card in my name.went to motel 6 in pismo with card.bad room.paid with the card,went to get refund,kept asking Linda about this refund...

The property service is disorganized and does not get back to tenets in a timely fashion. They do not fix any problems with the properties. They also do not return phone calls. Do not use this company!

The most horrible property management experience we have had.. Calls to the offices are NEVER returned, managers just flat out, don t care.. They make sure they get your money but provide absolutely no customer service.. I have made sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company.. The complex we live in is awful as are the tenants and the management.. I HATE LIVING HERE..

Renting from American Properties Services was a nitemare, Linda McClure-King as she was known then was a horrible person, every time you called her about an event in your unit she always complained that you were never happy. She also nickle and dimed you to death charging outrages late fees. And then she she surprised us with a sale of the unit without any real notice. And demanded we let the buyer see the property. I told her that was not okay and threatened to evict us if we didn't. Stay away from American Properties she lies and deceives you!

This is the most awful experience i have had renting! Management is rude and lazy and not at all curtious. They fix things in their time frame or never. They don't return phone calls, they will nickle and dime you to nothing when time to move out and get part of your deposit back. They don't care about their tenants, stay away from Linda McClure at American Property Services!!!
