I had a huge miscommunication with Tara at American Power Sports, she said my drop off location was not going to be a problem, to bring in the address, she would type it in and it wasnt going to be an issue. Turns out I got charged a wrong drop off fee. Very disgruntled because I specifically expressed my concern about this and she said it was going to be fine.

Ash tray wasn't cleaned out, but the truck didn't smell like cigarettes. Had a little problem with the representative having trouble with the system when picking up/and again at dropping off, but that's technology! Everything was fine otherwise and the truckk definitely served it's purpose. Thanks.
