Karate, Cardio Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts they offer alot. Master H is also good about working at your pace, and work at doing your best. He does not care if you are fat and 40 (that's me) or 15 and fit (my son) we can both enjoy the same class. It's also American so off the mat the instructor is Steve, though the kids still say Master H.
