WATCH YOUR LOTLINE, BECAUSE THEY WON'T!

American serviced our neighbors lot over 50 days ago, and, in not noting our lotline, trespassed onto our lot, vandalising and destroying 2 grapevines, 2 clematis, and a King Midas vine which are rooted 4 feet onto our property. We contacted them immediately about this damage, and were told we would be reimbursed within a week. Not only have we not been paid back, but in attempt to clarify this matter by phone, their receptionist became extremely rude and hung up on us! I prefer giving local companies our business, but we will only let others know of this instance as their quality! SHAME!
