After my wedding rings were damaged following an accident, I spent several months scouring the web in search of ideas for a new setting. When I mentioned this at my salon, the owner and several of her employees recommended the Mt. Juliet (TN) location of American Jeweler Co. After hearing their positive feedback and seeing their beautiful rings, I decided to pay a visit. My salon friends had worked with Ryan, who wasn’t there at that time. I can't say enough good things about this store... they carry a decent selection of platinum at the Mt. Juliet location - which your typical box store (Jared/Kay/etc) do not even stock. Although Nashville has several Pandora retailers & a couple flagship stores I buy my Pandora from AJC exclusively because the customer service is the best in middle TN. I typically shop the Smyrna store - the ladies that work there have become my friends over the couple years they've been open in that location, I stop in just to say HI and they call if new merch comes in that they think might interest me....

Though we haven't purchased an engagement ring from American Jewelry Co. YET, we are blown away with how great they are. We had visited the Smyrna store twice looking for a particular ring and, though they did not have it in store, we loved that the ladies there were not pushy and actually seemed to care about getting us the ring we wanted. I went home and emailed the Mt. Juliet store to see if they had the ring I was looking for, they didn't, but Ryan was quick to contact his Tacori rep and had the ring shipped in just so I can see it and try it on in person - no strings attached!!...
