Help us make it rightI originally liked the store and the selections they have in the stores (I went to both stores.) However, all I've experienced from this store is terrible customer service. They frequently say they will take check on something, then get back with me and don't, they showed up late for our appointment and made stupid excuses after I had to call them to find out why they didn’t show. When they’ve said they’d call back, they only have ½ the time. I'll save myself time and money and do business elsewhere. The wife and I had been shopping for flooring for a while and when we when in to armerican floor design they were very up front about all the cost and step by step on how the install will work. Not only did they have the best price but they finished the down stairs of our house in 3 day and did a great job very happy I would recommend to any one who wants new floors.
We got off to a bit of a rough start when the first subcontractor did not show up for the job. American Floor followed up quickly and had a back up contractor on the job the next day, even thought it was a weekend. The contractor did a good job.
