Not a membership gym like Golds but small business owner gym which I will prefer any day. Month to month. No contract or junk inflated enrollment fees. Equipment is older especially on the machines but still get the job done. Free weights area can be busy at times. I've been going for 8 months and love it. Place is clean. Parking can be tight.

They have everything you need to get BIG! And lots of cardio stuff if that is what you are into.

I got a membership with the gym on Sat, 1/12/13 specifically because they offer childcare. On Mon, 1/14/13 I went for the first time. I went into the "childcare" room to drop off my 18 mo old son. The room had at least 20 kids in it of all ages with 1 supervisor. She did not greet us or introduce herself at all. My son seemed to be okay so I left.
